Who we are

Information we collect

  • Information you submit. When you complete the case review form, use our chat, call, or email us, we collect what you provide: your name and contact details, the property location, information about your contractor and project, your description of the dispute, and any documents or photographs you attach.
  • Technical information. Our hosting provider records standard server log data such as IP address, browser type, and pages requested.

The demand letter builder runs entirely in your browser. What you type into it is not sent to us.

How we use it

  • To review your request and decide whether we may be able to help.
  • To contact you about your request by email, phone, or text message, including through automated or AI-assisted systems, where you have agreed.
  • To check for conflicts of interest.
  • To operate, secure, and improve the site.

When we share it

  • Service providers that host this site, process form submissions, and provide our email, scheduling, phone, chat, and case management systems.
  • Independent attorneys. If you check the optional box on the case review form, and we are unable to help you, for example because your property is outside Nevada, we may share your request with an independent attorney who may be able to. We may receive compensation where permitted by the applicable rules of professional conduct. We do not share your request this way without that consent.
  • Legal requirements. When required by law or to protect our rights.

We do not sell your information to data brokers or advertisers.

Confidentiality

Submitting information through this site does not create an attorney-client relationship. We treat what you send with care, but please do not send information you consider highly sensitive until a written agreement is in place.

Text messages

If you consent to text messages, message frequency varies and message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out. Consent is not a condition of any purchase.

Retention and your choices

We keep intake information as long as needed for the purposes above and as required by our professional obligations. You may ask us to update or delete information you submitted, subject to those obligations, by emailing contact@assuredlaw.com.

Changes

We may update this policy. The current version is always posted on this page.
